Sushi, Maki Sushi and more sushi

Yesterday, in my class told us that Japanese food sushi class and was playing my first thought was, "Fuck that's great! Porfin Sushi ... you can try."

By passing the class of Professor FRANCISCO Shiroma (which is excellent), I realized many things: the techniques, forms, transformations and fusions used in this food. The sushi, maki sushi, roll and other types are difficult to prepare but with varying inputs, some strange and delicious is coupled with a palate. The teaching is based on his philosophy and tradition of caring for the body and take the living from nature.

The first to prepare sushi, went something strange but good taste, which is not enough in the kitchen. Be careful with the type of rice (Japanese rounded), using vinegar, fish, assembly and how you deliver the product that is suitable.

In two days I will have my exam and I think that will prepare sushi, chicken chijau Kai and cream corn with crab meat ... wish me luck!

Corso de Wong

Middle Lima came to see the XXXI Corso Wong 2010 in Miraflores, where troupes and floats parade, there were cultural performances, dances, dances accompanied by bands from all regions of Peru.
Also paraded several artists like: Magdyel Ugaz, Tilsa Lozano, Vanessa Tello, Carlos Alcantara, Nathaniel Sanchez, Erick Elera, Delly Madrid, Karen Dejo, little lights, Sully Sáenz.

What was great to see were the fireworks and the castle, with a subtle touch at the end of the night because there was a tent of lost children and the ads were really funny and terrifying, a personal paradox.

After the parade something to eat was a hell, walk about an hour to finish eating Bemba was something funny, out of the blue output was assembled to dance and then home had chamba porq student the next day and a personal problem that overwhelmed me.
